Abstract
As the field of study is to examine the spatial analysis of population Structure of Diyala for years 1997 and 2013, so study targeted aimed to clavify the the reason of the change in the ranks of the administrative units of the province ،according to the size of the population and highlight the way in wichic distributed by residents of the study area through absolute their nambers or their percentages and analysis of the growth of population of the province for the period 1977_2013.
The study Diyala Governorate (age, gender, economy and social) levels. And in lesser degree in the administrative units (provinces) and to detect the spatial religion which explain these spatial variances and the results of this.
The study methodology a doted in the geographical descriptive and analytical approach using Allegartimi conversion technology and percentage as well as ،the over all rate was also used GIS technology program(Arc Gis 10.2) in drawing maps of the study area.
The study comes up to a number of findings: the most important of which is that the size order of the administrative units is possible due to economics, and political and asocial factors. The demographic rate age (15-64) rose to( 57%) in 2013 in comparison with 1997 census which was (53%). That affirms the low level of dependency in all forms (underage and elderly dependency) in the governorate. The study also shows that the construction and structure escalated notably in 2013 (19.4%) in comparison with the year 1997 that does not exceed the rate of( 4.7%) due to the raise of the governmental level on construction projects.
The study also comes to the finding that the largest concentration of the economy active was in agriculture in 1997, while it was on the service and sale sector 2013. The depression in the educational levels (illiteracy, under-primacy, and primary) is raised in other categories in 1997.analysis of the average of household size in study area revealed he fell to(6.2) person in 2013 ،while the average household size (8) person in 1997.
